Lunch At Stellar offers a 3- and 4-course menu which changes monthly to showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors. Guests can expect a new menu launched on the first Monday of every month. For a more indulgent lunchtime dining experience, Stellar offers a 5-course GASTRONOMIQUE menu with optional wine pairing.

Utilizing modern techniques to get the most out of the best seasonal ingredients available, Chef Chris Millar and Chef Isaac Henry work directly with some of the world’s best farmers and producers as the prime source of inspiration for the signature six-course and nine-course ‘Elements’ Menu. In a world of elements, the culinary team at Stellar create a gastronomic adventure beyond compare. Through layers of elements, diners will witness a story unfolds about ingredients, flavors and technique; experience a ‘Trip to the Garden’ and a Dessert Art showcase by our pastry chefs at the table.

The modern Australian fine-diner presents a series of Cloudy Bay back vintages carefully paired with a seasonal menu by Executive Chef Chris Millar and Chef de Cuisine Isaac Henry as a showcase of the best of New Zealand and Australia combined. Bask in the warmth of the sunset with an aperitif and canape at the rooftop before adjourning to the dining room for 5-course dinner.
